Privacy-first AI meeting notes assistant
Panora helps you capture decisions, details, and insights from your conversations and turn them into a private, searchable memory.
Your recordings start on your phone. Audio and transcripts are processed locally by default, and cloud processing — for summaries, search, and Ask Panora — is a choice you make per recording.
What it does
Recordings start on your device and stay there. Panora does not quietly sync your conversations to the cloud in the background.
Turn on cloud processing for higher-quality processing, summaries, search, or Ask Panora. Cloud work is tied to the recording and the task you request.
When you do choose cloud processing, Panora uploads encrypted audio chunks rather than a plaintext recording. The backend receives encrypted data.
Backend recording artifacts — stored transcripts and summaries — are encrypted at rest, with keys scoped to recordings and processing windows.
Deleting a recording clears the app's live state and the backend records tied to it. Settings offers a one-step erase from both your phone and our servers.
Decisions, details, and insights from every conversation become a private memory you can search and revisit whenever you need them.
Download Panora and start building a private, searchable memory from your conversations.
